My vision was to help organize the care of someone at the end of life and to also share a little bit of my knowledge, simplified.
Our Story
As a hospice nurse I have been helping many families and people at the end of life to make a hard, scary process a little easier this is why I decided to come up with this simple guide, Go with Grace Hospice logbook was born out of a love for a desire to share that passion to help others.
